Black girl friendly nudes

So I thought since summer is here and I've somewhat abandoned bold lipsticks its only right I do a guide to black girl approved nudes. I've pretty much been wearing nudes in the past two years, they suit every form of makeup look out there whether you want be bold or do the whole ''no-makeup'' makeup. Whoever you are and whatever makeup you like wearing there is nude for everyone!

The matte Nudes.

For a matte nude my favorite is MAC verve this nude for me is a classic mauve and suits all complexions. It can be paired with a brown lip liner and some gloss for that 90's nude or just worn on its own for that natural lip look.

 My second favorite matte nude is NYX matte lip cream in the shade Berlin this is a beautiful brown cream to matte formula and is very comfortable on the lips.
And last but not least is the wet and wild mega-last lip-color in  the shade Mocha-licious. This is more of a dusty nude and has a light grey undertone but also slightly peachy I love this for my daily makeup looks.



The glossy nude

I can't believe I was anti-lip gloss for most of my early make-up en devours but I'm fully converted now and addicted to nude glosses. Although I was a child during the early 2000's it gives me a sense of nostalgia seeing pink/clear lip gloss and they sure as hell are making a comeback.

My two favorites are both from NYX which by the way do amazing nude lip products. Praline is a very nice light pink lip gloss which is very sheer but definitely build able. I also think it gives me Kelly Rowland circa 2003 vibes. And the intense butter gloss is a more pigmented version in the shade chocolate crepe.

The Nude lip-liners

Ah,so here is the part that every black girl is a pro at you might simply pair your lip-liners with chestnut from MAC or any liner from the drugstore that happens to be brown.But fear not beloved I have just the two liners you need. I suggest these two because sometimes you don't want to make your nude more workable rather just leave it as a nude.And I promise these two liners will do just the job and eliminate any chance of you looking like boys who slander women online without using Vaseline.

Firstly I just like to say that drugstore liners are pretty amazing in quality and offer quite a range of nudes. My two favourites or number 9 by Barry M which is closed to MAC whirl but slightly darker. And cappuccino by Rimmel which reminds me of MAC's stone in a lip-liner form. They're both a very great dupe and are very pigmented with an amazing color payoff.
